It is with sadness we announce the passing of Rita Wyzykowski, age 94, on January 6, 2021.
Rita was born on May 20, 1926 in Hoboken, NJ to Salvator and Matilda (Ruthman) Midili. She married the love of her life, Chester Wyzykowski, on September 14, 1946 in Hoboken, NJ and they were blessed with a wonderful daughter.
Rita was a homemaker. Family was the most important thing to her and spending time with them, especially with her six grandchildren and three great grandchildren, was her greatest joy.
Rita will be missed by all those who knew her.
Rita is survived by her beloved daughter, Rita Iglesias and her cherished grand and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Cargain Funeral Home, 10 Fowler Avenue, Carmel, NY.
A service to celebrate and honor Rita will be held 10:00 A.M. on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Cargain Funeral Home, 10 Fowler Avenue, Carmel, NY. Interment will follow at Raymond Hill Cemetery in Carmel, NY.
